A law firm committed to social justice, practicing law for people and the organizations that represent them...

Rush Crane Guenther is a litigation law firm with partners having over 100 years of combined experience practicing union-side labour law, civil litigation, workers' compensation law (WCB), and aboriginal rights law. We have extensive experience with labour arbitrations, representation before the BC and Canada labour relations boards, employment law, including wrongful dismissal, workers' compensation appeals, and judicial review of administrative tribunals. Our civil litigation practise includes plaintiff-side ICBC and other personal injury work, disability benefits litigation, and contract disputes. The firm represents various non-profit societies, including student unions and societies in the social services field. We also have experience training union representatives in grievance handling, arbitration, workers' compensation representation and contract interpretation. We are able to offer a broad range of legal services to workers and their unions.
